Rossi 92, refinished stock. Just couldn't leave that handle that crappy factory finish on my 92 anymore so I went ahead and refinished it. Stripped and sanded down the stock and foregrip with various grades of sandpaper and finally a scotch brite pad. Stained it with about 5 layers of Golden Oak, it was very light at first but built up real nice.

Does anybody know where I can get a Crescent style rifle stock for my Rossi 92 carbine. I've always likes the crescent stock. Contacted Rossi, they claim the rifle stocks won't fit, I find that hard to believe. If the stock does need fitting, I am more than capable of doing so. Ideslly looking for the complete stock, including butt plate. Thanks.

The mag tube if it is a 92 should have a recessed hole in the barrel that a set screw that goes through the mag tube cap sits in to retain the mag tube in its position.
